This website is a product by InvoiQ, a registered company under Dutch law with chamber of commerce registration number 60786361. The following terms and conditions govern all use of all InvoiQ products and all content, services and products available at or through this website including all subdomains and connected top level domains. The Website is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, InvoiQ' Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by InvoiQ.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing or using the Website. By accessing or using any part of the web site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any services by InvoiQ.

Your account and subscription

You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can delete your account via Account > Subscription. Deleting your account will delete all its data, attachments and all connected user accounts. By default free subscriptions will not expire therefore there is no cancelling without deleting your account. If you have a paid account, you can simply cancel your paid subscription by not renewing. When letting your paid subscription expire, your subscription will be set back to a free subscription at the date of your subscription expiration. Any related files and attachments will be kept in storage for 30 days after your subscription has expired. Within 30 days of expiration you can upgrade your account to a paid subscription and access your files again. After 30 days of your subscription expiration your files and attachments will be automatically deleted. When deleting your account your files and attachments will deleted immediately.

Pricing and subscription composition

InvoiQ has the right to alter the pricing and the composition of any of its products without notice. You may be notified of large changes that are made to any subscription type if that change is relevant to your account. Pricing may differ per currency and location. The used currency for payments is based on your company's location.

Payment and renewal

Payments are processed via our payment provider 'Mollie', see https://www.mollie.com/en/ for more information. InvoiQ will not store any of your sensitive payment data like credit card numbers. When upgrading, you will be asked to choose the duration of your subscription. Afterwards you can continue to pay using our payment provider's payment page. We take no responsibility for the correct display of information on external web pages. Please contact us if you have an issue or question regarding your payments. Your transaction description may contain the name of our payment provider. When your subscription is close to expiring you will be notified several times via email. You can choose to renew your subscription by upgrading again, the chosen duration of new subscription will be added to any existing days left of your current subscription. When committing to a paid subscription, no refunds are granted.

Limitation of liability

In no event will InvoiQ, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to InvoiQ under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. InvoiQ shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided 'as is'. InvoiQ and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither InvoiQ nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

This Agreement does not transfer from InvoiQ to you any InvoiQ or third party intellectual property, and all right, title and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with InvoiQ. InvoiQ and all connected trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with InvoiQ.com or its products. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any InvoiQ or third-party trademarks.


InvoiQ may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your product account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Website. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.


All legal matters and disputes are subject to Dutch law. InvoiQ is a Dutch company that will enforce Dutch law for both national as international disputes.


These terms and conditions were originally written in English (US). We may translate these Terms into other languages. In the event of a conflict between a translated version of these Terms of Service and the English version, the English version will control.


We are constantly updating our services, and that means sometimes we have to change the legal terms under which our services are offered. If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect.

The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new Terms will take effect. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using InvoiQ products within the designated notice period. Your continued use of any InvoiQ products will be subject to the new Terms. However, any dispute that arose before the changes shall be governed by the Terms (including the binding individual arbitration clause) that were in place when the dispute arose.
